Family Caregiver Support Program:
• Eligibility – Family
is caring for older person or person age 18 to 59 with dementia,
living in same home or different homes, or grandparent caring
for grandchild at home. Caregiver is reimbursed for care-giving
expenses.
• Age qualification – 60+, or person age 18 to
59 with dementia, or grandparent caring for grandchild.
• Home Modification Funding Available – over $6,000
requires PDA approval.
• Administered by – Area Agency on Aging (AAA)
