Access Home Modification Program:

• Eligibility – provides mortgage loans to assist persons with disabilities or who have a family member(s) living in the household with disabilities who are purchasing a home that needs accessibility modifications.
Only single family homes.
• Age qualification – All ages
• Home Modification Funding Available – up to $10,000 for HM’s and up to $2,000 for closing costs and assistance with a down payment.
• Administered by – PHFA participating lenders (see website for list of lenders near you)
• Vehicle modifications – None
